Functional physical training:


Many eastern approaches to physical training involve removing physical blocks, restrictions, within the body, leading to a freer body, mind and spirit. 3D PTS combines aspects of eastern practices with western biomechanical analysis. Our training practice is an integration of various physical disciplines including functional resistance training, massage and physical therapy, martial arts, yoga, tai chi, and feldenkrais.

These disciplines emphasise a greater awareness of the body’s natural movement patterns, posture, function, symmetry, flexibility and strength coupled with methods of cardiovascular exercise that further promote health and fitness.
