started training with Craig because I wanted to change the way
I looked before moving to another country to start a new life.
Being cynical, I was naturally skeptical about personal trainers,
however Craig won my trust and confidence at the first session
itself. His holistic and methodological approach impressed me
from the start. Moreover, Craigs personality suited mine:
his serious nature and non-stereotypical personal trainer
manner made me feel at ease instantly. Over the past 9/10 months
we have been on an incredible journey together.Not only did he
cover every aspect of fitness (strength, agility, flexibility)
but his nutritional analysis and guidance has helped me to establish
a healthy eating regime. Most importantly, during our sessions
he gave me his complete attention. Although every single session
proved to be challenging, I never felt bored or thought of giving

Not only has there been a dramatic change in my appearance, I

up to me and ask me what drug Ive been taking, they find
it impossible to comprehend that its all down to eating the right
combination of food to suit my metabolic type, getting enough
rest and doing the right exercises. Simple as that.I would wholeheartedly

am not a natural athlete by any means - I've never enjoyed exercise
and felt quite uncomfortable in my body. Having tried a couple
of personal trainers before, I felt resigned to this as a fact
of life. Craig completely transformed not only the way I felt
