I started training with Craig because I wanted to change the way I looked before moving to another country to start a new life. Being cynical, I was naturally skeptical about personal trainers, however Craig won my trust and confidence at the first session itself. His holistic and methodological approach impressed me from the start. Moreover, Craig’s personality suited mine: his serious nature and non-stereotypical ‘personal trainer’’ manner made me feel at ease instantly. Over the past 9/10 months we have been on an incredible journey together.Not only did he cover every aspect of fitness (strength, agility, flexibility) but his nutritional analysis and guidance has helped me to establish a healthy eating regime. Most importantly, during our sessions he gave me his complete attention. Although every single session proved to be challenging, I never felt bored or thought of giving up.
