What were your New Years resolutions for 2006?
How do you intend to achieve them?

 

It’s the middle of January and I am sure many of you are feeling overwhelmed with the idea of achieving these goals? Seemed like a good idea at the time.

The best response when those pesky gremlins jump on your back and start sabotaging that desire to achieve, is to ask questions. Asking the right questions helps to solidify what you want and how you can achieve it, instead of getting bogged down and overwhelmed.

So here are some questions to bring your mindset back into the possibility of achieving your goals.
 

1. What is your ULTIMATE health/fitness dream?
 
2. What are your PRIMARY goals for the short term?
 
3. Where are you NOW?
 
4. What will you SEE, HEAR and FEEL when you have it?
 
5. How will you KNOW when you have it?
 
6. What will this outcome GET for you and allow you to DO?
 
7. WHEN will you achieve it?
 
8. HOW will you achieve it?
 
9. What RESOURCES do you have NOW to help?
 
10. What am I WILLING to no longer do in order to get what I desire?
 
11. WHY do you want to achieve this?
 
12. How can I ENJOY the process while I do what is necessary to achieve this?
