Back with a Bang! (January 2008)

Welcome to the 3D PTS Edge January 2008 newsletter.

This month we wanted to take the opportunity to update you on what we've been getting up to recently.

If you've been with us a while you'll have noticed that we've been a bit quiet recently. That's because we've been really busy behind the scenes of 3D PTS, making what we do better for you.

Think of a duck. Now that duck looks pretty chilled out paddling along, not much going on to look at. But underwater in the engine room those funky little feet are paddling like crazy.

For instance, we've completely overhauled our website with a fresh new look, which you can check out here, we've also been working on loads of great FreeTools, including our fantastic, and free, 101 Personal Training Tips Revealed, videos, free downloads like our 21 Day Elimination Diet and much more.

We also wrote, reviewed, polished and buffed our very own 21 Day Roadmap to Health eBook (thanks to the many of you who’ve picked one up already), and we gave it its own website which you can check out here. If you're feeling a bit overwhelmed by the wall of health and fitness information after the Christmas holidays, look no further, this is everything you need to know.

We'd also like to introduce our latest addition to the 3D PTS team, Matt Brereton-Patel, who joined us in October last year from a professional healthcare career in the clinical research and development arena. Matt is also a NASM qualified personal trainer, marathon runner and serial traveller to far corners of the world amongst other things.

Matt will be taking care of our 3D Personal Training operations in Manchester & Cheshire, UK.

Our very own Craig Burton was invited to co-author alongside some of the world’s most renowned health practitioners including Dr Joseph Mercola, Gary Craig, Dr Marcus Laux, Dr Susan Lark, Dr Stephen Sinatra and Dr Julian Whitaker, in a groundbreaking 416 page book, '101 Great Ways to Improve Your Health'.

We've also been busy keeping on top of our commitment to stay at the forefront of everything good about health and fitness, so we can continue to deliver cutting edge opinion on the day's controversial issues and continue to deliver the best to you.

Newsletter topics to look forward to in 2008 are a beach body special just in time for summer, a detox special, a controversial and in depth look at vitamin C, and a host of other hot topics to give you the edge in health and fitness during the coming year.

Watch this space - we'll be adding shopping cart functionality to the site in the next few weeks too.

So while we're sorry we haven't been around as much as we'd like, we hope you'll agree that it's been worth it and that 2008 is shaping up to be a great year for health and fitness with 3D PTS.

In February we'll be delivering our usual in depth look at a particular health and fitness issue, and we hope you'll join us again then.

Wishing you all the best in health and fitness,

Craig, Matt and the 3D PTS team
