Food Additives

Just go to your local supermarket and you will see most foods sold today are processed, in other words you will see a label and they may even have words on it you cannot pronounce, or a list of numbers with an E before.

Preservatives, additives, colourings, emulsifiers, thickeners, anti-caking agents, seasonings, sauces are basically poisons and are toxins for your body. Labeling is so deceptive these days – a product may say 100% natural but it is far from safe.

Look for foods with just one ingredient, as I say follow the KIS System -“Keep It Simple”.

However to help you when you are shopping here is a list you can print off and take to the supermarket to see what those E number are capable of. This list was used with kind permission from a UK based group called Additives Out www.additivesout.org.uk. They were set up to help those affected by additives including aspartame and other deadly additives that lurk in our food.
